Open Question: Placement of placenta question(s). Please share your stories.?

My placenta has attached to the front of my uterus... So, I have some questions.. I'm almost 20 weeks. Will I ever start feeling my baby kick? Because right now I don't feel anything in the front. I feel him kick every once in a while but only if he is kicking to the sides or top of my uterus. If I happen to need a c-section will the placement of my placenta be a problem? Like would the doctor have to cut through the placenta to get to the baby? And if so, is that dangerous for my little one? Is there a chance that my placenta could shift down and go over my cervix? I know a lot of these questions should be discussed with my doctor and I plan on doing that my next visit, but hey.. Whats this area for if no one can help out. At least I know I'm pregnant. lol. And if you have had the same placenta problems, could you just share any information that you have.
